Community Medical Center and the Advanced Pain and Spine Institute of Montana are seeking a fellowship‑trained, board‑certified/eligible Anesthesiologist specializing in pain management to join our respected, hospital‑based practice in beautiful Missoula.

  Full‑time role with a flexible schedule split between in‑clinic visits and fluoroscopy‑guided procedures.
• Strong Team:
  Join a busy team of 3 experienced physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, all focused on comprehensive pain management.

  Practice in a newly constructed orthopedic center conveniently located adjacent to the hospital.
• Collaborative Culture:

• Call Requirement:
  Light call – 10 days per month.

Candidates should be comfortable managing:

• Chronic back, neck, and joint pain
• Cancer pain management
• Opioid and non‑opioid pain treatment
• Ketamine infusions
• Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator implantation & management
• Intrathecal pump implantation & management
• Neurolytic blocks
• Lumbar discography
• Radio frequency ablation, including cooled techniques
• Sympathetic blocks
• Spinal injections & epidural blood patch
• Rib blocks & continuous epidural placement
• Joint & soft tissue injections
• Kyphoplasty and Vertiflex procedures
• Intrathecal baclofen spasticity management
