Clean Malpractice preferred for quick turnaround with credentialing
Board certified in Critical Care Medicine; residency trained but not board certified within 3 years of residency
Internal medicine, critical care intensivist, consultation only
Required Critical care procedures:
Dialysis catheter placement, diagnostic and therapeutic taps lumbar puncture, paracentesis
Required pulmonary procedures:
Ventilation management (invasive and non-invasive), diagnostic bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion, central and arterial line insertion, thoracentesis
