Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Missoula Southside, MT
Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500
Salary range: $20.00 - $20.91 per hour (commensurate with location)
U.S. Bank offers a career that combines relationship‑building with a digital‑first mindset. Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers across multiple channels, assess and attend to banking needs, and recommend solutions based on each client’s unique goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage clients in‑person, by appointment, and virtually.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information.
- Introduce deposit, loan, and digital products and services.
- Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
- Educate clients on emerging digital and self‑service tools.
- Collaborate with branch team members to deliver optimal client experience.
Basic qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3‑4 years of retail banking experience or comparable training.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the SAF.E Act and Regulation Z.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong relationship‑building skills through proactive outreach.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and digital service platforms.
- Experience in financial services; proficiency in digital products and self‑service technologies.
