Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Missoula Southside, MT

Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500

Salary range: $20.00 - $20.91 per hour (commensurate with location)

Key responsibilities:

• Engage clients in‑person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information.
• Introduce deposit, loan, and digital products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on emerging digital and self‑service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver optimal client experience.

Basic qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of retail banking experience or comparable training.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the SAF.E Act and Regulation Z.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong relationship‑building skills through proactive outreach.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and digital service platforms.
• Experience in financial services; proficiency in digital products and self‑service technologies.
