Phlebotomist Receptionist

At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. Our mission remains the same – to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families. We are seeking a full-time Phlebotomist/Receptionist to join our team at the Broadway building in the Laboratory.

This is a 40-hour/week position with variable shifts within the operating hours of 7:00am – 5:30pm M-F

• Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, finger sticks, specimen collection, specimen processing, and send-outs, as needed.
• Cover for the front desk reception area as needed.
• Use lab and medical record software.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Act as a team player in managing patients.
• Work independently and exercise good judgement
• Utilize all necessary safety procedures and OSHA recommendations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality according to the Confidentiality Policy and HIPPA standards.
• Complete all mandatory training as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate
• Laboratory experience preferred
