Winds of Change is currently hiring On Call Adult Group Home Staff Members in Missoula, MT. In this vital role, you’ll provide daily care and support to residents, assist with routines, maintain a safe and welcoming home, and help create an environment rooted in dignity, encouragement, and respect.

Hiring for the Following:
  • On-Call PositionsFlexible scheduling based on your availability
  • Shifts: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM)
  • Requirement:
    Must pick up a minimum of 3 shifts per month
What You’ll Do:
  • Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Monitor resident safety and well‑being, including overnight supervision
  • Build meaningful relationships and foster a supportive, positive atmosphere

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living
  • Address communication skills
  • Identify and implement symptom management skills
  • Develop social support systems
  • Cleaning common areas
  • Assist with medication distribution
  • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24‑hour crisis line
  • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
  • Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance
  • Complete required documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: No Experience necessary
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
