Dually Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)/ Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Position offered by Azza Health Care Agency.

We are seeking a full‑time, dual‑licensed LCPC and licensed addiction counselor to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Hamilton, MT.

• Provide mental health and substance use disorder services in a primary care setting, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling.
• Collaborate with medical providers to support whole‑person care.
• Serve underserved and diverse populations in a mission‑driven environment, making a positive community impact.

• Must hold active Montana LAC and LCPC licenses.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical assessment and treatment experience, including at least 1 year in addiction counseling.

This is a grant‑funded position, with employment contingent on funding renewal.
