Ultrasound Technologist and Senior Ultrasound Technologist
This is a combined posting for an Associate Ultrasound Technologist, Ultrasound Technologist and Senior Ultrasound Technologist The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. The Journeyman Registered Ultrasonographer is involved with the day-to-day Ultrasound Department operations located within Diagnostic Imaging. The sonographer requires minimal supervision, performs diagnostic medical sonograms both general and vascular, provides quality patient care, and assumes responsibility for all ultrasound services offered. This position works closely and communicates effectively with patients, coworkers, lead sonographer, manager, Radiologists, providers, and all other clinic/hospital staff to ensure the highest quality of care to our patients.
The employee will assist the Core Leader in meeting department goals and objectives
The Senior Registered Ultrasonographer is involved with the day-to-day Ultrasound Department operations located within Diagnostic Imaging. The sonographer requires minimal supervision, performs diagnostic medical sonograms both general and vascular, provides quality patient care, and assumes responsibility for all ultrasound services offered. This position works closely and communicates effectively with patients, coworkers, lead sonographer, manager, Radiologists, providers, and all other clinic/hospital staff to ensure the highest quality of care to our patients.
The employee will assist the Core Leader in meeting department goals and objectives. Performs basic/complex general and vascular ultrasound exams and procedures and provides optimal assessment and diagnostic exams for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Ultrasound Technologist
Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) Or equivalent educ/experience.
- Upon hire:
National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or - National Registered Technologist - Sonography
- Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years' experience
Shift Details:
- 32 Hours per Week, 0.8 FTE, Day Shift
- 40 Hours per Week, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift
Salary Range: Min : $33.24 , Max : $52.61
Senior Ultrasound Technologist
Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training:
Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) or equivalent educ/experience. - National Registered Technologist - Sonography upon hire or
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience.
Shift Details:
- 40 Hours per Week, 1.0 FTE, Evening Shift
Salary Range : Min: $35.26, Max: $55.82
