MVD Express is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Missoula team. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping people — both customers and employees alike.
As the Retail Manager, you’ll oversee all daily operations of our Missoula branch, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining accountability, fostering teamwork, and driving results.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate your team to consistently provide top-tier customer experiences.
Manage scheduling, performance, and daily operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
Address and resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to improve processes and achieve goals.
Model the MVD Express values of kindness, integrity, and teamwork in everything you do.
Management or supervisory experience with a team that directly reported to you — ideally one or more years with the same organization.
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to balance operational needs with team development and morale.
A focus on customer service and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Full availability to meet the needs of our Missoula branch.
