The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees clinical and operational management within the Cardiac Service Line, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. They are responsible for patient care processes, staff supervision, clinical skill development, and achieving positive clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. The role covers multiple sites, including cardiology clinics, outreach centers, device clinics, hospital nurses, anticoagulation, and cardiovascular labs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage clinical operations, staff supervision, workflows, policies, and procedures.
- Promote clinical skill development and ensure quality outcome measures are met.
- Drive improvements in patient care and satisfaction.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated cardiovascular care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; master's preferred.
- Montana RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience in a relevant specialty, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of quality metrics and clinical outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
