Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Montana

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Montana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Varied shifts including weekends, after-hours, and on-call availability as needed. This is a 13-week contract assignment with full-time hours.

• Labor and Delivery unit with opportunity to circulate and provide comprehensive maternal care
• Float opportunities to Mother Baby unit for couplet care, expanding clinical experience
• Collaborative care environment working alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Modified primary nursing model promoting continuity of patient care
• Electronic health record system in use for documentation and care coordination
• Professional development support with required certifications and continuing education

• Active Montana Registered Nurse license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider certification
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring Series Certificate of Completion (or equivalent AWHONN approved course)
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education
• One year of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
• Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility location
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shift

The facility reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or unforeseen circumstances.
