Are you detail-oriented and driven to succeed in the real estate field? We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our agents by managing administrative tasks, coordinating property listings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and team members. Your strong organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
