We’re looking to add a Shift Manager for our McDonald’s franchise. This role ensures a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers, and maintains quality, service, and cleanliness during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to enforce quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, maintain standards for safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
• Meet target metrics during shifts and help assigned departments achieve goals.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. A positive team player with flexibility and passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
