Welcome to Love’s! At Love’s, our Casino Cashier is responsible for handling cash transactions, assisting guests with payouts, and maintaining an accurate and secure cash drawer. This role provides excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with gaming and cash handling policies. The Casino Cashier also helps maintain a clean and welcoming casino environment.

• Process customer payouts, cash handling and machine reimbursements accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow all company cash handling procedures.
• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
• Monitor the casino floor and report any suspicious activity or malfunctions.
• Keep cashier station and surrounding area clean, organized and stocked.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures, especially regarding cash and compliance.
• Must be able to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for gaming and alcohol service.
