Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
