• Assures customers receive world class service and attention in the fitting rooms
• Answers all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
• Is knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
• Assists in general office duties that include mail service, sorting and opening mail to deliver to appropriate individuals/departments, and assisting other office positions as needed
• Creates daily pocket schedules, makes signs for all shops
• Assists in various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed
• Develops product knowledge and partners with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals
• Focuses on fashion trends
• Checks customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
• Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
• Is knowledgeable to answer questions converting location, price and use of merchandise
• Contributes to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth
• Demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and problem solving skills
• Is professional in appearance and attitude, contributes to a positive team atmosphere and treats others with respect and consideration while following Scheels’ policies and procedures
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has ability to complete basic mathematical equations
• Promotes the Scheels Visa Rewards card and clearly explains all benefits

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED); 1–3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work – exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
