We’re hiring Sales Representatives to sell our high‑quality home improvement products, including windows, siding, bathtub showers, and other home remodeling solutions. Competitive compensation ranges from $110,000 to $300,000+ annually, depending on performance.

• Conduct in‑home sales presentations, building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs and utilize the K‑Designers proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale
• Travel to/from prospective customer homes (75% travel required)

• Hungry, motivated closers seeking six‑figure earnings
• Strong communication skills and sales instincts
• Willingness to follow a proven system that works
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to meet buyers in person and close 25% of issued leads
• Results‑oriented, money‑motivated self‑starter
• 1+ year sales experience preferred (training provided)
• Must pass a background check and drug test
