We're looking for a hunter. Not an order-taker. Someone who hears "commission-based" and hears "uncapped."
What you'll sell- Pre-packaged AI solutions that solve real business problems out of the box
- Custom AI systems designed around how a company actually works
- AI agents and automation (Cub Den) for small and mid-sized businesses
- All of it powered by our own private Montana infrastructure, which is why customers trust us with their data
- SMBs adopting AI for the first time
- IT leaders who need private, compliant AI
- Enterprise teams that want AI without shipping their data to Big Tech clouds
- A proven closer with the numbers to show it
- Self-directed. Nobody's going to manage your pipeline for you.
- Comfortable talking outcomes with a CEO and details with a CTO
- Montana-based (preferred). Our customers and our story are here.
- 100% commission, uncapped
- 20% of gross revenue on every initial engagement you close
- 10% on recurring revenue from your accounts. Build a book of business that keeps paying you year after year.
- Direct collaboration with our Chief Growth Officer, COO, and CTO. You'll own the sale, backed by the people who built the product.
- Warm inbound leads plus full freedom to hunt your own territory
- Ground floor. You'll be the sales team, and top performers help build it.
