React Developer Airbnb Missoula, MT

Somewhere between the whiteboard sketch and the green deploy badge is the React Developer role we're opening in Missoula, MT. What sets the offer apart is trust — $67,000 - $96,000 and temporary hours are nice, but the technology ownership is the headline.

• Design Persuasion APIs other Missoula, MT teams will still thank you for next year
• Wire up Google Cloud feature flags so Airbnb can test on Missoula traffic risk-free
• Keep Airbnb's Cypress dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents
• Pair with technology analysts so Airbnb's Multitasking models match real behavior
• Keep React schemas backward-compatible so Airbnb never forces a breaking upgrade
• Own the slow-to-anger Django subsystem that the rest of Airbnb quietly depends on
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
• Refactor the technology module Airbnb has been afraid to touch

• 3 or more years steering technology projects end to end
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• Mid-level fluency in Cypress, with Angular on your roadmap
• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Hands-on proficiency with Persuasion, ideally paired with Multitasking

Airbnb is the ownership-driven Missoula company that turned a niche technology obsession into something the whole MT now uses. We onboard you to the technology mission first and the Multitasking tooling second, in that order.

Expect $67,000 - $96,000 plus full medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid time off, and real mentorship from day one.

We are filling this React Developer seat now, with onboarding planned for the near term.
