We are hiring for a Part Time /Full Time Spa Coordinator position.

We seek individuals with enthusiasm, optimism and positive energy who will enhance the personal growth and wellness of our guests and team.

Our Spa Coordinator works closely with the Lead Coordinator and Spa Concierge assisting with duties as needed, is super organized and has an astute attention for detail--always making sure that everyone has marching orders for the day.

More specifically, our qualified spa coordinator:

Opens the spa and ensures the ambiance, schedule and team are prepared and ready to provide our guests' with an exceptional experience

Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow

Supports the therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatments

Answers the phone with a smile each and every time

Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door, helping them have a seamless experience

Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience and strives to exceed our guests' expectations

Checks out guests and performs close-out reports at the end of the day

Rocks sales numbers by providing gift card and retail recommendations and sales

Supports the general manager and serves as back up as needed
