Position:
Dental Practice Manager
Location: Family Smiles of Missouri City
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $45,000 – $56,000
Position Overview:
Community Dental Partners invites qualified candidates to join our team as a Dental Practice Manager at Family Smiles of Missouri City. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and supporting the clinical and administrative teams to achieve practice goals.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Regional Manager
Collaborates closely with the Operations Director
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling to optimize efficiency and patient flow.
Monitor and balance quality of care with operational and financial objectives.
Implement marketing initiatives to promote practice growth.
Lead, train, and develop staff to maintain high standards of patient service.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support practice success.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in dental practice management is preferred; however, demonstrated leadership and organizational skills are essential.
Knowledge of dental billing and insurance processes is beneficial; training will be provided as needed.
Strong self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive leadership approach are required.
