WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- CMA certification
- 3+ years of experience as a medical assistant
- Experience performing executive assistant duties
- Passion for health and wellness
- Positive and professional demeanor
The ability to speak Spanish would be a bonus!
YOUR NEW ROLEOur Executive Medical Assistant is the backbone of our practice, and you'll work closely with our CEO and COO to manage crucial administrative responsibilities. As the bridge between upper management and clinical staff, you'll facilitate consistent communication and efficient patient care. You'll oversee the office team and ensure everyone is doing their part to provide high-quality care. As needed, you'll jump in to help out with administrative tasks like recording patient information and scheduling appointments.
You'll treat every patient and team member respectfully and professionally to maintain a pleasant, welcoming environment. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, you'll support various health and wellness projects and professional networking initiatives to help our practice grow and provide an even higher level of patient care.
