In this healthcare position, you serve as a leader and a resource for other assistants and non-licensed staff. You supervise the administrative office team to ensure they provide high-quality patient care. When necessary, you assist with tasks such as scheduling appointments and collecting patient info.

Using your excellent communication skills, you serve as a bridge between the clinical staff and upper management. You have a positive and professional attitude and you make every patient you interact with feel comfortable and well-taken care of. You feel great about running an efficient administrative office and helping our business provide excellent patient care!

In addition to the core responsibilities and required skill set, this role may also encompass administrative and executive assistant duties. Beyond supporting the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, you may be involved in ongoing health and wellness projects that require coordination, creativity, and occasional work outside of regular business hours.
