This position is well-suited for independent adjusters who want steady file flow, field autonomy, and responsive support.

• Inspect residential properties to evaluate damage from hail, wind, fire, and related losses

• Collect thorough photo documentation and complete clear, detailed reports

• Create precise estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier contacts

• Handle claim files efficiently while following carrier timelines and expectations

• Active Texas adjuster license

• Working knowledge of Xactimate or Symbility

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

• Ability to work independently and manage assignments in a timely manner

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ongoing residential claim volume in the Missouri City market
