Position Summary
We’re seeking a Packer to join our team in Missouri City, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by verifying product quantities, inspecting items for defects, packaging items securely, and labeling packages accurately. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, operating packaging equipment, and collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for defects before packaging
- Package products securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality-checking skills
- Ability to operate packaging equipment and perform manual labor
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean workspace
- Basic math skills and ability to verify product quantities
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $15/hour (commensurate with experience)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule
- Annual performance-based bonus structure for all employees
