We’re hiring an E-Commerce Advertising Specialist to join the fast-paced marketing team behind two of the most recognizable brands in fitness apparel. This role is perfect for a detail-obsessed digital operator who knows the ins and outs of Meta, You Tube, Tik Tok, and beyond - and can bring creative campaigns to life through seamless ad distribution, platform execution, and quality control.
You’ll help ensure that product launches, social content, and performance campaigns are delivered accurately and on time across platforms. This is not a passive role – it’s for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in clean execution, and wants to contribute directly to high-impact brand campaigns.
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end distribution of all digital ads and creative assets across channels (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, web, email, partner platforms).
- Ensure all ads are delivered accurately and on time in support of product launches and campaign timelines.
- Conduct final quality assurance checks on ads before release - confirming copy, creative, and platform requirements are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage a centralized inventory of creative assets and keep all materials organized, up-to-date, and accessible for the broader team.
- Partner with marketing, creative, and media teams to execute seamless multi-channel campaigns across both brands.
- Track and report on performance metrics to optimize future delivery strategies and campaign outcomes.
- Support occasional event marketing, promotional displays, and brand activations.
- 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing operations, or ad trafficking, ideally for a retail, apparel, or fitness brand.
- Deep familiarity with major ad platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, You Tube, and Google Ads.
- Comfortable working inside ad dashboards, content management systems, or marketing calendars.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience managing creative inventory, file organization, or campaign asset delivery workflows.
- Understanding of the fitness or lifestyle apparel space is preferred.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized - you catch things others miss.
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative when things aren’t clear.
- Collaborative, communicative, and always willing to jump in to support the team.
