• Coordinate daily clinical workflow, staff assignments, and patient flow.
• Provide nursing care under provider direction, including patient intake, vital signs, and assistance with examinations and procedures.
• Support and train clinical staff while promoting clear communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and help manage clinical supplies.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers to support a positive patient experience.

• Active Texas LVN license.
• Previous pediatric or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory, lead nurse, or staff training experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on patient care with daily clinic coordination.

• $27–$29/hr
• Work alongside two caring, enthusiastic and committed Providers

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $27-$29/hr.not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typicalin order toallow for future & continued salary growth.
