Dog Bather

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Bather to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality bathing and grooming services to pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and a strong understanding of their needs, contributing to a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

• Gently bathe and dry dogs.
• Bathe dogs and provide other cleaning and grooming services such as ear and teeth cleaning using appropriate techniques and products.
• Adhere to strict sanitary and cleaning procedures.
• Safely restrain animals during grooming sessions to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Inspect pets for any skin issues, parasites, or other health concerns, reporting findings to the veterinary staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bathing area, including washing towels and cleaning grooming tools.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets’ needs and grooming requirements.
• Assist in handling pets during check-in and check-out processes.
• Support other team members as needed in various tasks related to animal care.

• Animal restraint techniques.
• Experience as a veterinary assistant or technician.
• Knowledge of equine care.
• Familiarity with dog training methods.
• Proficiency in animal handling practices.
• Background in pet grooming or kennel management.
• Experience with dog handling.
