Based at our Main Campus, you'll support point‑of‑care testing operations across the institution, including our Missouri City and Northwest locations as needed. Your technical expertise will help maintain testing quality, support clinical teams, and ensure timely results that inform patient care at one of the world's leading cancer centers.

What's in it for you? You'll train and assess the competency of nurses, physicians, operating room staff, respiratory technicians, and other personnel performing point‑of‑care testing. From maintaining training records and delivering supplies and reagents to clinical units to performing quality checks, supporting IQCP requirements, and conducting routine reviews of testing operations, you'll help ensure testing practices meet established quality and regulatory standards.

You'll also participate in process improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and perform operating room laboratory testing when needed.

This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented laboratory professional who enjoys working independently, solving technical challenges, and partnering with clinical teams to maintain high standards of testing quality.
