• Stocks shelves, refills displays
• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks
• Conditions shelves and products
• Applies product knowledge and maintains A+ Standards
• Keeps departments clean and organized
• Executes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follows leadership direction
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and company food safety and sanitation regulations
• Works efficiently with a team attitude and meets productivity standards
• Takes constructive feedback and applies learning to future tasks
• May coach or train other stockers
• Operates with a team mindset across departments (e.g., curbside) and builds relationships
• Learns and models customer service and hospitality, assisting customers with product location and questions

• Minimum age 18
• Experience in stocking and customer service (preferred)
• Experience in a physically demanding job (plus)
• Forklift or power jack training (provided upon hire)
• Understanding of SOPs and emergency procedures
• Communication, reading, and writing skills
• Organization and time‑management skills
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including heavy lifting up to 100 lbs
• Ability to think on your feet and work with agility
• Team player able to meet nightly goals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Constantly reach at waist, grasp
• Frequently stand, walk, bend
• Occasionally reach overhead, at shoulder, knee, floor, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, fine motor movements
• Occasional exposure to cold, loud noise, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions
• Lift 50–100 lbs (depending on department) with safe lifting practices
