• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and product quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budget management.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles in the food and beverage industry.
