** Accounting Manager

** Finance Controller

** To be considered for the Accounting Manager opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CPA certification
* 5-7 years of experience, preferably with experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
* Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices and procedures affecting the maintenance of accounting records and automated accounting systems.
* Ability to interpret and apply accounting theory; to work accurately with numerical detail; to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
** As an Accounting Manager, you will:
*** Manage and coach accounting team
* Manage month-end close process, including checklists to keep the team on track for a 3-day close.
* Prepare and review month-end entries and account reconciliations.
* Assist controller with cash forecasting.
* Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and disclosures, including compliance with relevant standards.
* Partner with FP&A to analyze results and prepare related reporting.
* Help maintain internal controls in place and keep documentation up to date.
* Coordinate internal and external audits and handle requests efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to improve accounting and business processes.
* Assist in maintaining and improving processes and related documentation.
* Ad hoc requests and reporting.

** Compensation Pay Range**$130,000-$140,000
