Location: California

Role Summary/responsibility:

  • Introductory emails to audit client and audit team to align timelines and expectations.
  • Involvement in the team allocations and audit execution plan.
  • Ensure engagement setup, scaling, and resource management, as well as related documentation, is prepared.
  • Takes responsibility for the whole audit file, from engagement set up to completion, review note clearance, and close out of the audit file.
  • Ensure timely review of engagement manager and partner, including setting up and follow up of review times.
  • Independently leads and coordinates the execution of domain-specific compliance audit programs.
  • Assist the head of the assignment in specifying audit scope, resource requirements, time scales and deliverables.
  • Write clear and impactful findings that provide added value to senior management.
  • Contribute actively to business audits, to identify IS/IT stakes within complex business topics.
  • Maintain regular communication with auditees.
  • Perform diligent follow-up of audit recommendations raised with the function.
  • Ensure that Audit management is informed, on a timely basis, of all significant issues arising from missions and of any event that may have an impact on the company.
  • Independently assessing business risks and the strength and viability of control structures within the firm’s businesses and utility functions.
  • Candidate will be expected to effectively carry-on other detail investigations requested by management and perform special projects related to department administration, financial analysis.
Requirements:
  • Qualification –

    B.com / M.com / Inter CA / CA
  • Experience – Minimum 3 + Years of experience in Audit.
  • Communication should be good.
  • Completes work set by and meets time deadlines accordingly.
  • Maintains an understanding of audit methodology.
  • Contributes to departmental and office meetings.
