This individual will work as part of the Edward Jones Income Tax Team. This group is responsible for income tax filings, monthly and quarterly excise filings, and monthly income tax reconciliations. Additionally, this group assists with quarterly partner reporting and general income tax inquiries from throughout the firm.

• Preparation of the monthly tax accrual and tax provision calculations.
• Assist with review of income tax deliverables prepared by third-party preparer.
• Extracting, merging, transforming, and reconciling data from multiple sources as needed for income tax calculations.
• Assisting partners of the firm with routine questions about the Firm's tax reporting.
• Provide support, as necessary, to Partnership Support and Asset Management teams.

The ideal candidate is a junior, senior, or graduate student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for those with an interest in tax accounting.

• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Results-driven and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with team members
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong MS Excel skills are strongly preferred
• Power Query or Tableau Prep experience would set a candidate apart
