Boutique. Modern. Different. The CPA Firm You’ll Actually Love Working For. Accounting Manager (Remote or hybrid) About Us

Modern

CPAs® is a boutique firm based in Newport Beach, California, delivering fully integrated accounting, tax, wealth strategy, and advisory services. We work exclusively with service-based small business owners, entrepreneurs, plastic surgeons, construction companies and women-owned businesses who want a one-stop solution for strategic tax planning, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business advisory. Unlike traditional firms, we build deep, intentional relationships with a select group of clients to deliver an exceptional, personalized experience.

Our role goes beyond compliance — we are tax and wealth strategists, helping clients reduce tax burdens, grow their businesses, and create long-term financial success. By leveraging technology and building deep client relationships, we reduce stress for business owners so they can focus on what they do best.

We are a collaborative, tech-savvy, and fun team that values flexibility, innovation, and culture. Each year, our fully remote team connects in person at our annual retreat, strengthening the relationships that make us different from traditional firms.
