• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including cash receipts, disbursements, and proper classification.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting work papers for multiple entities.
• Perform month‑end reconciliations of cash and general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate with tax teams by providing schedules and documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting systems, controls, and processes.
• Maintain organized accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to manage large volumes of transactional data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
