Overview
Job Purpose:
Compile information to prepare financial statements.
- Ability to use a 10-key calculator, telephone, copy machine, and computer
- Ability to lift bound computer reports weight up to 20 lbs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
- Reconciling daily and monthly activity in all business venues.
- Preparing monthly journal entries (recurring and adjusting).
- Preparation of monthly contribution schedule.
- Preparation of audited, detailed monthly financial statements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
