On a typical day, you will be:

• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Collecting payments from customers and recording them accurately in the system
• Maintaining AR Aging to ensure information is up‑to‑date with appropriate credits and payments applied
• Updating client accounts based on payment and contact information
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis

Requirements

• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and Microsoft Office
• Associate’s degree or equivalent working experience
• Experience in accounts receivable (or accounts payable)
• Experience in driving process improvement
