We are hiring Audit Seniors with recent UK Housing Association (Registered Provider) audit experience to support a leading UK mid-tier accountancy practice across its social housing portfolio
. This is a long-term engagement (12 months), designed for auditors who know the Housing SORP environment and can deliver quality at pace.

• Lead audits end-to-end, from planning through to completion and partner review
• Deliver robust risk assessments, substantive testing, and analytical reviews across social housing engagements
• Coach and review junior team members work, ensuring quality and consistency
• Liaise with client finance teams to resolve queries and keep audits moving
• Produce clear, well-structured working papers and audit deliverables on deadline

• Recent UK Housing Association (Registered Provider) external audit experience (Housing SORP), ideally within the last 23 years
• CA(SA), ACA, or ACCA qualified, with 2+ years post-qualification (or equivalent) external audit experience
• Strong working knowledge of FRS 102 and UK GAAP in a social housing context
• Confident use of Case Ware, CCH, or similar audit software
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience across charities, public sector, or wider regulated entities
