Senior Accountant

• Base salary up to $110,000 depending on experience

• HYBRID role based in Costa Mesa with close collaboration across teams

• Own key aspects of the month end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations across core accounts
• Support inventory accounting including reconciliations, reserves, and cost of goods sold
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Partner with operations and finance to improve accuracy and reporting cadence
• Support audit requests and help strengthen internal controls
• Identify process improvements and help build scalable accounting infrastructure

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 plus years of general accounting experience
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or inventory driven environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month end close
• Comfortable working in ERP systems with strong Excel skills
• Detail oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership
• Someone who wants visibility, responsibility, and growth
