A dynamic and fast-growing real estate organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join their team. Successful candidates must be pursuing or intending to pursue their CPA

• Assist the senior accountants in recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records by verifying and reconciling documentation and resolving discrepancies
• Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Coordinate the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approval and coding verification
• Ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with contractual obligations and internal authorization guidelines
• Generate and maintain reports for management such as payables aging and vendor payment summaries
• Coordinate the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing process, approval and coding verification and processing of cash receipts
• Generate and maintain reports for management such as weekly cash reporting and aging reports

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Pursuing or intending to pursue CPA
• 0-1 years of accounting experience
• Highly motivated
