Description of the role
The Account Payable and Receivable position at Puente Hills Mitsubishi involves managing the payment and receivables process, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile daily Parts and service deposit
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare EOY 1099;s
- Reconcile weekly schedules
- Reconcile parts statement monthly
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software (CDK)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Competitive compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
