Senior Accounting Manager

Expected starting base salary: $130,000 to $150,000 per year.

• Lead daily accounting operations including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month‑end close.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Perform cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis for manufactured products.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support accurate cost tracking and inventory control.
• Support audits, government contract compliance, and ERP system improvements to strengthen financial processes.

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor accounting or finance teams effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel tools to support financial modeling and reporting.

• Manage daily accounting operations with strong attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Apply cost and inventory accounting expertise in a manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate with auditors, government agencies, and cross‑functional teams to meet regulatory standards.
• Adapt to government contract requirements including FAR, DFARS, and CAS guidelines.
