AHP, Associated Health Professionals, Inc., JCAHO Certified, has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller for a 48 year old Healthcare Staffing Agency. Located in Culver City, CA. In
- House Role, Not Remote.
- Perform all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- Oversee the payroll and invoicing staff who produces a weekly payroll for medical employees and weekly & monthly invoices to Hospital clients.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Supports accounting and works closely with Owner.
- Experience with Accounting in Quick Books Pro.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
- Familiarity with Avionte, payroll and invoicing a plus.
- In-office position in Culver City, CA.
