Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team at a leading technology company in downtown Los Angeles. Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payment cycles.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
- Assist with month-end closing and provide support for audits as needed.
- Monitor and respond to vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
- Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. - Experience:
2+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally in a technology or fast-paced corporate environment. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite in downtown Los Angeles, 2 days remote.
