Accountant (Hiring two; we are growing rapidly! This is a super exciting time!)

Hybrid 2-3 days in Century City

We are a premier business management firm serving high-net-worth individuals in entertainment, sports, and entrepreneurship. While our client-facing teams provide boutique concierge services to talent across industries, we also take pride in maintaining a strong, efficient, and values-driven internal finance team to support our growing business.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including preparing journal entries for month-end and year-end close.
• Assist in preparing internal financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with the Controller.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, including vendor payments and client billing as needed.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card activity, and employee expense reports.
• Help oversee payroll entries, benefits allocations, and fixed asset tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a business management firm or CPA firm.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and general ledger systems (Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable managing day-to-day accounting tasks independently while collaborating with leadership on strategic goals.
• Adaptable and proactive- you bring structure, but can flex as priorities shift in a fast-paced, high-net-worth environment.
• Motivated to grow into a leadership role and improve processes, not just maintain them.
