A detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Manager needed to lead our AP team and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process. This role is critical to maintaining financial accuracy, vendor relationships, and compliance with internal controls. Position is located in the City of Industry, CA and will pay 100‑115k annually plus bonus. Benefits include M/D/V, 401k match, paid holidays, sick and vacation days.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Oversee vendor onboarding, invoice matching, and payment approvals
- Maintain and improve AP policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues
- Prepare reports on AP metrics and cash flow forecasts
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
