• Qualification:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant OR
  • CA Inter / Semi-Qualified (one or both groups cleared)

• Handling US accounting operations including bookkeeping and general ledger activities
• Preparation and review of financial statements as per US GAAP
• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Supporting US federal and state tax filings (basic level)
• Assisting in internal and external audits for US clients
• Working on accounting software such as Quick Books / Net Suite / Xero
• Coordinating with US clients and internal teams for documentation and clarifications
• Ensuring compliance with US accounting standards and timelines

• Strong fundamentals in Accounting and Finance
• Basic understanding of US GAAP (training can be provided)
• Knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Willingness to work in US shifts (if required)
• Eagerness to learn US accounting and taxation processes

• Exposure to end-to-end US accounting processes
