Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
- Perform regular asset audits and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper capitalization and depreciation of assets.
- Assist in the preparation of asset-related financial reports.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure accurate valuation and reporting of inventory.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels.
- Reconcile cash accounts and prepare cash flow statements.
- Monitor daily cash transactions and balances.
- Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in various ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in programming.
- Experience with in the construction industry.
