We are currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our City of Industry, CA office as Senior Accountants.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
• CPA license or passed all sections of the CPA exam (highly preferred)
• Experience with CCH Axcess, Pro Series, and Lacerte (preferred)
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Perform data entry and maintain records in Quick Books
• Prepare financial statements for a portfolio of clients on a timely basis
• Analyze financial statements and make necessary adjustments for tax purposes
• Prepare federal and state tax returns using CCH Axcess, Pro Series, or Lacerte
• Communicate with clients regarding accounting and tax matters
• Conduct research on accounting and tax-related issues
• Coordinate with tax authorities on behalf of clients
• Complete payroll reports and sales tax filings
