We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Accountant to own critical pieces of our financial operations. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" role—you will be a key liaison between Finance and our Manufacturing, Logistics, and Product Development teams. wardrobes deliver a major overhaul of our Fixed Assets, dive deep into IFRS/GAAP reporting for our Belgian parent company, and become the "go-to" expert for our manufacturing cost analysis.

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Own the General Ledger, month-end close, and preparation of financial statements.
• Cost Accounting Leadership: Manage direct labor/material reporting, absorption calculations, and contribution margin analysis.
• Fixed Asset Expert: Lead the strategic overhaul of our Fixed Asset registers and Cap Ex tracking.
• International Collaboration: Liaison with our Belgian corporate finance team on special projects and IFRS reporting.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Production and Logistics to update labor reporting and develop standard/custom pricing models.
• Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors (PwC).

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience: 5+ years of full General Ledger experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GAAP (IFRS knowledge is a huge plus).
• Software: Net Suite experience is highly preferred; Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) is a must.
